I been wanting to get more fit and my friend Ana told me about how she’s doing Muay Thai at an all girls gym. Thought it’s a great way to try something new! How old are you, how do you like to identify? I am 27. I identify as her/she What would you say to help encourage another person to join our gym? Super amazing atmosphere! Try it out! What are some differences that you have noticed in your mental and physical health? I feel stronger 💪  and more confident. What’s your favorite food? Hotpot! What’s your favorite exercise? I enjoy biking and running. What do you do for work? I am currently working as an admin. what are you passionate about? I am passionate about eating good food!
