I been wanting to get more fit and my friend Ana told me about how she’s doing Muay Thai at an all girls gym. Thought it’s a great way to try something new! What are some differences that you have noticed in your mental and physical health? I feel stronger 💪  and more confident. What’s your favorite food? Hotpot! What’s your favorite exercise?
